Boden, CPA, LLP. In March 1990 he has been Principal and Managing Partner of Intelliwealth Financial Advisors, Ltd. His CPA practice is a well-respected accounting and tax planning firm serving a wide range of local, national, and international businesses and high net worth individuals.
Bruce Schubert has over 20 years of experience working as a CPA in public accounting with federal and state income taxes, ad valorem, franchise excise taxes, and entity choice. He also has decades of experience with IRS audit, negotiation, collection, ACS division, appeals, and tax court issues, as well as numerous years of experience with many states' income, sales, franchise, and employment tax returns, audit presentation and support. Schubert is a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor, CPA, and Continuing Professional Education facilitator and instructor. As an alumnus of KPMG, and former head of CPA Educational Network Group, he uses his experience to help clients with accounting, taxes, and consultation.
Audrie has over ten years of accounting experience. She began her accounting career in commercial property management and has spent the last five years with a focus in commercial real estate accounting and audit, as well as international accounting (IFRS). Audrie is licensed as a CPA in the state of Colorado where she currently resides.
Katrina Jennings has more than 18 years of progressively responsible experience in financial accounting. She has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, fund accounting, tax reporting, and managing accounting department daily functions. Katrina has managed software conversion for companies and reorganized departments. Mrs. Jennings is highly skilled and well rounded in all aspects of the day to day accounting functions.
As the Administrative Assistant, Robin Furst, is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. She is a highly professional individual with extensive experience in a broad range of office systems and highly responsible roles. Ms. Furst has the knowledge of standard payroll practices, procedures, systems and terminology. Robin handles daily incoming and outgoing processes, which include: HR, billing, collections, invoicing, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment transactions all in a timely, accurate manner. She has demonstrated leadership in issue resolution, team support and morale building.
